Russell Golson

Russell Golson is the Head of European Sales at Sapient, a position held since June 2024, while also serving as an Angel Investor at knowing01 since January 2023, supporting the growth of Nikola and its founding team in multi-omics data integration. Previously, Russell was the Head of European Sales and Chief Commercial Officer at PreOmics GmbH from December 2017 to June 2024, contributing to significant growth in the European market after establishing the US organization. Other notable roles include Sales Director at Computomics GmbH, Director of International Business Development at BiognoSYS AG, and CEO at BioSilta. Russell has a strong background in sales and business development across various biotech companies, having also served as European Sales Director at Febit Biotech and MWG Biotech, as well as gaining experience in service management at Don Whitley Scientific Ltd. Russell's early career included valuable experience in the Royal Navy, along with education at the Royal Navy School of Engineering.
