Jessica Zerfass

Jessica Zerfass currently serves as the Center of Excellence Director and Director of Audience Marketing at SAPinsider since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Marketing Manager at C2C from September 2020 to August 2021, and an Event Marketing Specialist for ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group between February 2019 and September 2020. Jessica's experience in the nonprofit sector includes a significant tenure at The ALS Association, where roles spanned from Events and Marketing Coordinator to Development Associate between March 2015 and February 2019. Jessica also completed internships and administrative support roles at various organizations while earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a Business Track from the University of Iowa.
