Ian Massien

Ian Massien has extensive experience in project management and customer success across various industries. Currently serving in a project management role at Sapio Sciences LLC since May 2023, Ian previously held customer success positions at Redaptive, Inc. and Ovation.io. Prior to these roles, Ian managed customer success at StreamLinx, and worked as an Associate Project Implementation Manager at Micros Retail Systems, along with PMO Analyst duties at Diebold. Earlier career experiences include quality control and client management at POWERLINK Settlement Services, vendor management at ServiceLink, and operations management at Bridge Street Bazaar. Ian holds a Master of Science in Communication and Information Systems from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science from The Ohio State University.
