Robert Fox Foster

Robert Fox Foster serves as Corporate Secretary and Senior Counsel at SaponiQx, a bio-pharmaceutical company focused on developing vaccines with saponin-based adjuvants. Additionally, Robert holds the position of Director of Legal and Business Affairs at MiNK Therapeutics, which specializes in innovative cancer therapies. As Secretary of the Board for Autonomous Therapeutics, Robert contributes to the development of advanced artificial immune systems. Robert has a distinguished military career as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve, alongside extensive legal experience in government roles, including Oversight and Investigations Counsel for the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions, and as an advisor during the COVID-19 pandemic response at HHS. Previous legal positions included roles at prominent law firms and as a teacher at Father Judge High School. Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Catholic University of America and holds a law degree from Rutgers Law School.
