Tom Fletcher-Jones

Tom Fletcher-Jones is an experienced design professional currently serving as Head of Design at Sapphire since September 2023, with prior roles including Head of Design and UX/UI Lead at Awen Collective from June 2021 to September 2023. Previous positions include User Experience Manager and User Experience Architect at Beep! Digital, Senior Creative at CHS Creative, and Creative Director at Redweb, where significant projects involved notable clients such as The Lawn Tennis Association and the Metropolitan Police. Tom's career commenced as a Multimedia Developer during a placement year at Matinee Sound & Vision Ltd after completing a BSc (hons) in MediaLab Arts from the University of Plymouth and a National Diploma in Photography from Truro College.
