Christopher Stafford has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christopher is currently serving as the Vice President of Implementation Services at Sapphire Digital, part of Zelis since January 2022. Prior to this, from May 2021 to January 2022, they worked as the Director of National Implementations at Beacon Health Options, where they oversaw the success of health plan products and implementations. From July 2019 to May 2021, Christopher served as the Director of Implementation at NavRx, overseeing the creation of the organization and directing the setup process for new clients. Christopher also has extensive experience at Novo Benefits and Apta Health, sister companies that provide premier self-funded solutions to the mid-market group space. At both companies, Christopher worked as the Director of Implementation from April 2014 to May 2021, where they managed multiple departments and successfully transitioned clients to new solutions. Before that, they worked as the Sales and Implementation Director at Rocky Mountain Reserve from 2009 to 2014, where they significantly increased the number of clients and administered plans. Christopher began their career as an Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager at 24HourFlex from October 2007 to August 2009, where they played a key role in new business installation. Christopher also gained experience in the hospitality industry as the Lead Assistant Manager at Kerasotes ShowPlace Theaters from May 1997 to October 2007.
Christopher Stafford has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regis University. Christopher also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Communication and Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver. In addition to their degrees, Christopher has obtained certifications in Business Law for Managers from LinkedIn and an Accident & Health License from the Colorado Division of Insurance in June 2014.
