Aileen Hagerty Sheehan has a comprehensive work experience in the banking industry. Aileen started their career at Eastern Bank in 2001 as a Treasury Services Officer/Relationship Manager, where they managed banking relationships for non-credit commercial customers. Aileen provided personalized service, analyzed cash flow, and resolved issues for a portfolio of over $30 million in deposits and 40 customers.

In 2004, they moved to Citizens Bank as an Officer in the Cash Management Implementation Team, where they managed the onboarding process for new Cash Management clients. Aileen also served as a project manager for multiple high-profile clients and provided training on Cash Management basics. In 2008, they took on the role of Assistant Vice President - International Enterprise Advisor at Citizens Bank and led a team responsible for US-based banking for UK clients.
