Lora De La Cruz

Lora De La Cruz is currently the Manager of Implementation Services at Sapphire Digital, part of Zelis. Prior to this role, Lora held positions such as Health Plan Programs Lead at Decent, Performance Team Lead at Alight Solutions, and Strategic Account Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Lora also served as Operations Director at Alight Solutions after they acquired Compass Professional Health Services, where Lora held various roles such as Senior Health Pro Operations Manager, Health Pro Operations Manager, and Lead Health Professional. Lora graduated from Texas A&M University in 2011 with a degree in Health and a minor in Business Administration.
