Amar Patel

Amar Patel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amar began their career as a SAP FICO Support Analyst at Procter & Gamble before moving on to HP UK, where they worked as a SAP FICO Consultant and later as a SAP Project Manager. After that, they joined Human Factors International as a Project Manager before joining Cadbury plc. as an IT Service Delivery Manager and SAP Project Manager. Following this, Amar held multiple roles at Mondelēz International, including IT Strategy & Transformation Leader and SAP & Applications Service Manager. Amar then worked at HCL Technologies as a Strategic Account Director before joining The Printers Mysore as the Head of IT. Currently, Amar is the Chief Technology Officer at Sapphire Foods India Limited, where they lead the IT function and contributes to the company's disruption of the business through technology.
