Shweta Masrani

Shweta Masrani has a diverse work experience in the field of executive search and recruitment. Shweta currently holds a position at Sapphire Human Solutions Private Limited, where they are involved in leadership hiring. Prior to this, they worked at Korn Ferry as part of the Global Financial Markets team. Shweta also gained experience at Options Group, a leading global executive search and strategic consulting firm specializing in financial services. At Wellesley Partners, they served as an Associate Director, focusing on hiring talent in the Private Equity (PE) and Management Consulting sectors. Earlier in their career, they worked at Sri Sumeru Realty Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources and Marketing, and at Quess Corp Limited as an Associate in Executive Search.

Shweta Masrani pursued their education at the University of Mumbai. Shweta completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from 1997 to 2003.
