Ashley Caldwell

Ashley is General Counsel at Sapphire Ventures, where she focuses on corporate transactions and governance. Ashley began her legal career as a corporate associate at Kirkland and Ellis where she represented private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions and growth capital investments. Prior to joining Sapphire Ventures in 2019, Ashley worked in-house at a late stage FinTech company in the Bay Area.

Ashley holds a JD from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s from UCLA in Political Science, where she was a team captain of the cross country and track and field teams.
