Tiffany Chandra

Tiffany Chandra currently serves as the Director of People & Talent at Sapphire Ventures since August 2023. Previously, Tiffany held various roles at Salesforce from August 2017 to March 2023, including Program Manager for Global Emerging Talent and New Hires, where ownership of the end-to-end internship program for 158 MuleSoft interns was demonstrated. Tiffany excelled in program management, achieving notable KPIs and designing strategic initiatives to enhance intern experiences. Tiffany's recruitment efforts at Salesforce also included significant achievements as a Sales Sourcing Recruiter, recognized as a top performer and recipient of the "Comet Award" for outstanding performance in diversity and inclusion. Earlier experiences include internships and leadership positions with companies such as Yardi, ONTRAPORT, and Bluebeam, complemented by a solid educational background from UC Santa Barbara and involvement in the American Marketing Association.
