As the Founder & People Director of PsycHR, a prominent HR consultancy, Helen has collaborated with notable organizations like Bloomberg and JP Morgan. Helen's previous roles include serving as a People Consultant for Revolut, where strategic support was provided for global expansion, and as a Senior HR Business Partner at BDO, focusing on people strategy and talent management.
