Rupam Sharma possesses extensive experience in presales and technical consulting, currently serving as the Manager of Presales at SapphireIMS since March 2013, having previously held roles as a Senior Presales Consultant and Senior Technical Consultant within the same organization. Prior to joining SapphireIMS, Rupam worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Kaseya Software India Pvt Ltd from June 2008 to February 2013, and as a Customer Service Representative at Regus Business Center from March 2007 to May 2008. Rupam's career commenced as a System Administrator at Champion Abrasive Products from January 2005 to February 2007. Rupam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Periyar University.
