Bernardo Semadeni

Bernardo Semadeni is an experienced professional in product innovation and management within the paper industry. Currently serving as Director of Product Innovation at Sappi since March 2018, Bernardo has previously held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Innovation and Manager of the Competence Center Specialties & Digital Solutions. Before joining Sappi, Bernardo worked at Cham Paper Group from April 2005 to February 2018, where positions included Head of Group Innovation and Group Business Development Manager. Additionally, Bernardo served as Mill Manager for CHAM PAPER GROUP ITALIA S.P.A. from August 2016 to August 2017. Bernardo holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration from the University of Zurich and a degree in Process Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
