James Gagnon

James Gagnon has extensive experience in business intelligence and team management, currently serving as the Global Service Team Manager for Local Applications and ePMO at Sappi since April 2013. In this role, Gagnon leads a team responsible for delivering business intelligence solutions and oversees a global portfolio of over 100 IT projects. Previously, Gagnon held various positions at Delhaize America, where responsibilities included managing retail analytics and developing actionable insights to drive growth. James also coached the Varsity Ice Hockey team at Thornton Academy, focusing on student development and game strategy. Early career roles include management positions at Hannaford Bros. Co. and an educational background in Economics from Colby College.
