Rob Jan Renders

Rob Jan Renders currently serves as the Chair of the Strategy and Executive Committee and Non-executive Director of the Board at the Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO) since November 2022, where additional roles include Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. At Sappi, a global diversified wood fiber group, Rob Jan Renders has been a Director and a member of both the Audit and Risk Committee and the Human Resources and Compensation Committee since October 2015. Rob Jan Renders also holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Walki Group Oy and has served on the Advisory Board at Heinzel Paper Laakirchen AG and Raubling until April 2018. Previously, Rob Jan Renders was CEO of Duropack GmbH, Chairman of the board at OTOR SA, and President for both SCA Packaging and SCA AB. Education was obtained from Eindhoven University of Technology.
