Lars Vorthoren

Lars Vorthoren has extensive work experience in the field of pharmaceutical research and development. Lars is currently employed as a Senior Scientist in PK/PD at Sapreme Technologies BV since July 2022. Prior to this, Lars worked at ProQR Therapeutics where they held multiple roles, including Senior Scientist in Toxicology, PK & PK/PD modeling from January 2021 to July 2022, and Scientist in Toxicology & DMPK from October 2015 to December 2020. Lars began their career at Crucell as an Associate Scientist from March 2014 to September 2015, and as a Research Technician from October 2010 to March 2014.

Lars Vorthoren pursued their education at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2006 to 2010. Lars obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a specialization in Zoology/Animal Biology during this period. In April 2020, they also received certification as a Certara Certified NCA Analyst using Phoenix WinNonlin Versions 8.1 and 8.2 from Certara.
