Sijme Zeilemaker

Sijme Zeilemaker has a diverse work experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Sijme is currently the Chief Business Officer at Sapreme Technologies BV, where they are involved in developing next-generation macromolecule therapeutics. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of Immunetune, a preclinical-stage biotech company focused on developing DNA vaccines. Zeilemaker also has experience working at Immunicum AB, where they held various roles including Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Communication, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Director of Business Development. Sijme has also worked at InteRNA Technologies BV and 2-BBB Medicines BV in business development positions. Zeilemaker began their career at BBB Therapeutics, starting as a Business Intern and eventually working their way up to the role of Business Development Manager.

From 2005 to 2011, Sijme Zeilemaker attended Leiden University, where they pursued a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences.
