Robin Carter

Robin Carter is an experienced ELD teacher currently working at Tulsa Public Schools since August 2015. Prior to this, Robin gained extensive teaching experience at Sapulpa Public Schools and Tulsa Public Schools in various English and geography teaching roles. Robin also served in the US Army as a Unit Supply Specialist from 1989 to 1991. Robin holds a Master's Degree in Educational Administration, Curriculum, and Supervision from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Northeastern State University, an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Tulsa Community College, and completed high school at East Carter R-II Schools.
