Since its founding in 1972, the leadership, administration, and community at Heschel have established and continued the foundations of a culture of philanthropy. We seek an experienced and passionate development professional who will work with us to expand both resources and relationships. The Director of Development is responsible for leading Heschel’s fundraising program while developing close relationships with the community. Fundraising goals for the program include annual campaign, endowment, and capital giving. The management level position is a key member of the school’s administrative team and reports to the Head of School. Furthermore, this is a leadership position that requires the ability to develop and project a vision of the future.
