Hemanathan Nagaraja

Hemanathan Nagaraja has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. Hemanathan started their career at MISC Berhad in 1999 as a Cadet - Third Engineer and worked there until 2007. Hemanathan then joined AME Allied Marine Engineering Services in 2007 as a Second Engineer for a brief period. Following that, they joined Sapura Acergy Sdn.Bhd in the same year and worked as a Second Engineer until 2017. In 2018, Hemanathan joined Sapura Energy Berhad, where they held the positions of First Engineer from 2018 to 2021 and Chief Engineer from 2021 to the present.

Hemanathan Nagaraja attended Cochrane Road School from 1992 to 1996. After completing their schooling, they pursued a Diploma in Marine Engineering at Polytechnic Ungku Omar from 1997 to 2001. In July 2016, they obtained a certification as "Chief Engineer Officer >3000KW Unlimited Trade Voyages" from the Malaysian Marine Department.
