Vadislav S. has over 16 years of work experience in the engineering field. Vadislav is currently working as the Chief Engineer at Sapura Energy Berhad since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the 1st Engineer at SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad from March 2014 to May 2021. Vadislav also worked as the 2nd Engineer at SUBSEA 7 from February 2013 to March 2014. Before that, they had a brief stint as the 2nd Engineer at Interships in October to December 2012 and at C-Bed from February to October 2012. Vadislav gained significant experience as the 2nd Engineer at Dynamic Industries Inc. from November 2009 to January 2012. Vadislav started their career as a 3rd Engineer at Ballast Nedam from June 2007 to April 2009, and prior to that, they also worked as a 3rd Engineer at Boskalis from May 2005 to March 2007.

Vadislav S. started their education in 2000 at the Lithuanian Marine Academy, where they pursued a non-university bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering. Vadislav successfully completed this program in 2004. Following this, from 2006 to 2011, they attended Klaipedos Universitetas, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Transport Engineering, focusing on the operation of ship power plants.
