Isabelle Tisseur

Isabelle Tisseur, MBA, serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Saputo Inc. since September 2019, overseeing the HR department for a company with over $17 billion in revenue and 19,600 employees. Previously, Isabelle held senior HR leadership positions for both the American and Canadian divisions at Saputo, managing teams exceeding 7,800 and 6,000 employees, respectively. Prior to joining Saputo, Isabelle was Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Gildan, responsible for defining HR strategies aligned with the business plan. Isabelle’s extensive career also includes roles at AIRMEDIC, Transcontinental, Hydro Québec, Fido Solutions, and Vision travail, focused on various aspects of human resources. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from UQAM, a DESG in Management from HEC Montréal, and a Bachelor's degree in Career Development from UQAM.
