Marilena Fasulo

Marilena Fasulo has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Manager, Talent Management at Saputo Inc. since February 2019, after previously holding the role of Senior Advisor, Talent Management. In this role, Marilena collaborates with global HR teams to implement talent strategies, enhance the Employer Value Proposition, and execute initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to Saputo Inc., Marilena worked at Air Liquide from 2016 to 2019 in various capacities, including Analyst, HR Processes, where responsibilities included optimizing HR systems and leading change management for Workday implementation. Marilena's earlier experience includes a role as Coordinator, Training and Talent Management, and as a Teaching Assistant at Concordia University. Marilena holds a degree in Human Relations from Concordia University and furthered education at HEC Montréal.
