Mike Wallace

Mike Wallace has extensive experience in sales and operations within the food service distribution sector, currently serving as VP of Sales Foodservice Distribution at Saputo Dairy Foods USA since 2013. Prior to this role, Mike held similar positions at Morningstar Foods, leading sales efforts for both private label and branded products. Mike's career also includes significant roles at The Dannon Company, where responsibilities ranged from SAP Project Manager to Director of Sales Operations, as well as various leadership positions at The Minute Maid Company, focusing on food service sales and marketing strategies. Mike holds an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree from St. John's University in New York.
