Simon Gauci

Simon Gauci is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and workplace relations. Currently serving as General Manager of Human Resources for Operations & Supply Chain at Saputo Inc. since January 2021, Simon previously held positions including Head of HR at Norman Disney & Young, where involvement in executive teams spanned Australian and New Zealand regions. Additional roles include Senior People and Culture Business Partner at Norman Disney & Young, and various HR positions at Australia Post, where significant contributions were made to large-scale change programs and workplace relations, earning accolades such as the Australian Human Resources Institute Best Workplace Relations Team Award in 2013. Simon also practiced law with a focus on industrial relations and employment law at Zeitz Workplace Lawyers, providing representation and advice across complex legal matters. Simon holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Asian Studies from La Trobe University.
