Hermann Domke

Hermann Domke serves as the Technischer Leiter Kunststoffsysteme at SAR Elektronic GmbH since April 2006, where responsibilities include strategic leadership, technical management of a department with over 75 employees, project implementation in an international context, and quality control in line with DIN ISO 9001:2015 standards. Prior experience includes roles as Leiter Projektmanagement at SAR-DAT Automatisierungstechnik GmbH and DAT Automatisierungstechnik GmbH, where project management and team coordination were key responsibilities. Hermann's technical management experience also encompasses serving as Technischer Geschäftsführer & Gesellschafter at Antares Laser GmbH, where innovative laser technologies were developed and introduced to the market, as well as working as a Handelsvertreter for Deura Laser GmbH & Co. KG. Hermann holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm.
