Federico Paoletti

Federico Paoletti has a diverse work experience in the finance and investment industry. Federico started their career as an Intern in the Risk Management division of Api Raffineria Di Ancona S.P.A. in 2018. In 2020, they participated in the CFA Research Challenge and achieved the 3rd rank in the Italian round. Federico then interned at Poste Italiane in the Financial Advisory & Fintech department in 2021. Later that year, they completed a virtual internship at Fidelity International as an Investment Management Intern, where they gained experience in various tasks related to fund management and research analysis. Federico also worked at State Street as a Financial Reporting Accountant, responsible for preparing financial statements and reports for mutual and hedge funds. In 2022, they joined CRISIL Global Research & Risk Solutions as an Equity Research Analyst. Federico then worked at AllianceBernstein as an Offsite Equity Research Analyst, covering the European Food Retail & Delivery sector. Currently, they hold the position of Buy-Side Equity Research Analyst at Sara Assicurazioni S.p.A.
