Laura Shannon

Laura Shannon currently serves as Vice President of Planning & Logistics at Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Laura was Vice President of Operations at Dropps® from June 2023 to November 2023 and worked as a Supply Chain/Operations Consultant from November 2021 to June 2023. Laura's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Operations Officer at ARYZTA NA / Aspire Bakeries, where various leadership roles included Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Vice President of Supply Chain Planning between November 2019 and July 2021. Laura also spent a decade at Constellation Brands in multiple roles culminating in Vice President of Supply Chain - Digital Enablement from January 2009 to November 2019. Earlier professional experience includes management positions at Huntsman Corporation and Kraft Foods.
