Andy Dawling

Andy Dawling is an experienced professional in the rugby and sports coaching sectors, currently serving as the 1st Team Equipment Manager for Saracens Group since July 2016 and as Player Pathway Manager & Coach for Saracens Academy. In addition, Andy is involved with the Wolf Pack Pilgrimage, which supports veterans through various activities, while also working as a Coach Educator for Rugby Football Union. Previous roles include Development Coach at Sutton Valence School and extensive service in the British Army, with experience in Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Andy has a notable history as a professional rugby player, having played for multiple clubs including England 7s, Harlequins, Coventry Rugby, and Gloucester Rugby.
