Phil Bubb

Phil Bubb is an experienced educator and sports professional currently serving as the Head of Sharp House and Head of Physical Education at Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys since April 2024. In addition, Phil holds the position of Media Manager at Pacific Drift and serves as a Board Trustee on the Safeguarding Subcommittee at Power2Inspire. With a robust background in rugby coaching, Phil is also an Ambassador and Educational Consultant at Rezon, and a PDG Academy Rugby Coach with both the Saracens Group and Kent County Rugby Football Union Ltd. Phil's extensive experience includes roles at Ashford School and Thomas Mills High School & Sixth Form, where responsibilities encompassed various leadership and teaching roles. Phil's educational qualifications include a PGCE in Physical Education from Loughborough University, alongside multiple leadership qualifications and a BA in Sport Science and English Literature.
