Amanda Cole

Amanda Cole is an experienced Behavior Specialist currently working at Sarah A. Reed Children's Center since January 2020, where responsibilities include creating a therapeutic environment to help children identify emotions and develop positive coping strategies. Previously, Amanda served as a Behavior Counselor for the Acute Partial Program at the Hamilton Campus of Sarah Reed Children's Center from October 2015 to March 2022, demonstrating care and support for children. Additional experience includes roles as a Rehabilitation Technician at Stairways Behavioral Health and as a Mental Health Counselor Intern at Erie County Prison, focusing on client assessments and therapy facilitation. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis and Psychology from Mercyhurst University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
