Kesha M. Simmons

Kesha M. Simmons is a licensed professional counselor (LPC), national certified counselor (NCC), and certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) with extensive experience in counseling and educational settings. As Managing Partner at The Family Connection Center since May 2021, Kesha provides counseling for teens and young adults facing difficult emotional disorders. Kesha has served as a Behavior Intervention Specialist and High School Counselor with CADDO Parish School District since 2013, focusing on behavioral assessments and academic support. In addition, Kesha founded YouToo, Inc. in April 2019 to assist first-generation college students and those with disabilities in transitioning to higher education. Kesha's earlier experience includes roles in human resources, finance, and administration at Sodexo. Kesha holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education in School Counseling from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University.
