Holly Adams

Holly Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and board governance. Presently serving as a Board Member at Sarah Bush Lincoln since August 2023, Holly has held the position of Lead Director and Board Member at First Mid since April 2012. Holly is the President of Howell Paving, Inc. and has held senior roles at the company since January 2008. Previously, Holly was Vice President at Howell Asphalt Company from August 1997 to January 2008 and worked as a Recruiter at Lamalie Amrop International and Ray and Berndtson between 1992 and 1997. Holly holds an MBA from Texas Christian University’s M.J. Neeley School of Business, awarded in 1994, and a BA in Economics from DePauw University, completed in 1992.
