Adelia Bosma is a seasoned clinical project manager with extensive experience in managing global clinical trials, currently serving at Sarah Cannon Research Institute since July 2023. Previously, Adelia worked at ICON Strategic Solutions from June 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing study start-up processes, managing country-level cross-functional teams, and developing site activation timelines. With a strong background at Frenova Renal Research from May 2015 to June 2021, Adelia led Phase II-III clinical trials and implemented effective communication strategies among stakeholders. Earlier roles included clinical project associate, clinical research associate, and clinical trial assistant, alongside teaching public health courses at Michigan State University and providing talent acquisition support at Fresenius Medical Care. Adelia holds a Master of Arts in Health Communication from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Adrian College.
