Lee Aldrich

Lee Aldrich has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Starting with CreateSpace, Lee worked as a Customer Service Representative from October 2008 to September 2010. Following that, Lee joined Aviator Brewing Company as a Sales & Marketing Representative, where they were responsible for developing new business, managing client portfolios, and achieving sales goals. They worked in this role from September 2010 to March 2012.

Afterwards, Lee joined R.A. Jeffreys, where they held multiple roles. They started as an Off Premise Sales Representative from March 2012 to July 2012, then transitioned to an On Premise Sales Representative from July 2012 to May 2013. In these roles, Lee handled pre-sale ordering, merchandising, inventory management, and customer relationship building. Later, they became a Craft Sales Representative, managing inventory forecasting, sales reporting, and achieving significant sales growth for craft brands from 2013 to 2017. Lastly, as a Craft Brand Manager, Lee oversaw a portfolio of 20 accounts, managing sales, inventory, and promotions, and successfully increased existing customer sales.

Moving on, Lee joined PRA Health Sciences as a Project Analyst, working from September 2017 to January 2020. In this role, they provided support in project management and analysis. Then, at Syneos Health, Lee held the position of Project Financial Analyst II from January 2020 to January 2021, followed by a role as a Project Manager from January 2021 to June 2021.

Most recently, Lee worked at G1 Therapeutics, Inc. as a Project Management Lead. In this position, Lee was responsible for developing and managing project scopes and timelines, overseeing risk management, providing reporting to leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and tracking project finances. They held this role from June 2021 to September 2022.

Currently, Lee is working as a Project Manager II at Sarah Cannon, starting in September 2022.

Lee Aldrich attended the College of Charleston from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
