Segen Marais

Segen Marais has a diverse work experience in various industries. Segen started their career in 2015 as an Operations Lead at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. In 2016, they joined Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare as a Graduate Assistant, eventually transitioning to the role of Strategic Planner. At Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, they were responsible for market research, data analysis, and creating Tableau dashboards for facility leadership. In 2018, they became a Coach at Memphis Inner City Rugby, where they focused on developing forwards and improving team performance. Currently, they work at Sarah Cannon as a Project Manager, where they have been since 2021.

Segen Marais completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at The University of Memphis from 2009 to 2013. Later, from 2016 to 2018, Segen Marais pursued a Master of Health Administration degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the same university.
