Alan H. is an IT Support Specialist at Sarah Lawrence College since September 2020, managing a fleet of 400 Macs and 500 PCs while enhancing campus security through the design of CrowdStrike's macOS Sensor. Previously, Alan served as a Cyber Security Fellow at Springboard, where cyber incidents were analyzed and resolved. Experience as a Computer Repair Technician at Revivn involved diagnosing hardware issues and overseeing installations, while a role as MAC Tech at Total Deployment Solutions focused on equipment relocation and support. Interning as a Network Engineer at Utica University, network performance was monitored for over 2,000 users. As a Programming Tutor at SUNY Cobleskill, guidance was provided in programming languages and computer fundamentals. Alan earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas Grantham and a Cyber Security Certification from Springboard, in addition to an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Cobleskill.
