Beth Kinnare

As Executive Director, Beth has been appointed by the SARAH Tuxis Board of Directors to ensure that the Mission, Vision and principles of the agency are being implemented. She is responsible for providing oversight of the agency’s day to day operations, as well as leadership to the Administrative, Management and Direct Support Professional employees, so they can offer quality, person centered supports to individuals with Intellectual and Development Disabilities. Born in the Midwest, Beth attended Bradley University in Peoria Illinois, graduating with a Psychology Degree in 1986. She moved to Connecticut with her husband Shawn in 1988 and has enjoyed living, raising their three children, and working in such a beautiful, close knit community on the Connecticut Shoreline. Beth continues to be inspired by and gets her energy from the individuals being supported by SARAH Tuxis. She embraces change, encourages growth, and is excited to develop new and innovative services in the future.
