Jonathon Greenwood

Jonathon Greenwood has extensive work experience in various roles related to packaging technology and engineering management. Jonathon is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Saras Micro Devices, where they are responsible for strategic planning, operational and business system creation, staffing plans, and organizational growth. Before this, they worked as the Deputy Division Leader at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where they contributed to national security by ensuring safety and reliability. Jonathon also served as the General Manager at Plexus Corp., overseeing product realization services and managing the engineering organization. Jonathon has held senior leadership positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Micron Technology, Amkor Technology, and Motorola, where they worked on advanced packaging technologies and led teams responsible for the development and implementation of packaging solutions.

Jonathon Greenwood attended the University of Florida from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. In addition, they received a certification in the N5-31 NATO Senior Officer Policy Course from the NATO School Oberammergau in 2019.
