Miguel Melendez-Rodriguez

Miguel Melendez-Rodriguez is an experienced electrical test engineer currently working at Saras Micro Devices since April 2024. Previously, Miguel served as a Principal Validation Engineer at NXP Semiconductors from August 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included developing hardware/software and firmware for MCU wireless connectivity embedded systems, utilizing Eclipse-based IDE and NI LabVIEW. Prior to that, Miguel worked at Renesas Electronics and IDT - Integrated Device Technology, Inc. as a Staff Product Validation Engineer, focusing on electrical validation and lab automation for mixed signal semiconductor products. Miguel's career also includes a position as a Test Engineer at Texas Instruments, where automated test solutions for mixed signal products were designed. Academically, Miguel holds a Ph.D. and a Master in Sciences in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Astrophysics Optics and Electronics (INAOE), along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute.
