Tiffany Arnold

Tiffany Arnold, MSN, RN, PCCN, CPPS, NEA-BC has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Tiffany is currently serving as the Director of Inpatient Nursing Services at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. Prior to this, they worked as a Clinical Manager II at the same organization.

Before joining Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, Tiffany worked at HCA Healthcare, where they held the position of Director of Patient Safety and Director of Critical Care Services. Their role as Director of Patient Safety lasted from March 2018 to January 2021, while they served as the Director of Critical Care Services from October 2014 to March 2018.

Tiffany's career began at Venice Regional Medical Center in 2008, where they held various roles. Tiffany initially worked as an RN from May 2008 to April 2011. In March 2011, they transitioned to the role of Clinical Manager/Heart Failure Coordinator, which they held until August 2013. Tiffany then served as the Clinical Manager for Surgical Care Step Down from August 2013 to October 2014.

Throughout their career, Tiffany has gained expertise in patient safety, critical care, and inpatient nursing services. Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree and is certified as a Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN), Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS), and Nurse Executive Advanced-Board Certified (NEA-BC).

Tiffany obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Southwest Florida College from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Pasco-Hernando State College from 2006 to 2008.
