Bill Purcell

Bill Purcell currently serves as the Data Center Manager at Saratoga Hospital, part of the Albany Med Health System, and has been in this role since April 2023. Additionally, Purcell operates as a State Fire Instructor for the New York State Department of State OFPC since October 2017 and has been a firefighter with the Ballston Spa Fire Department since February 2012, holding past ranks of 1st Lieutenant and 2nd Lieutenant. Prior experience includes positions such as Director of User Services & Network Infrastructure and Associate Director at Albany Law School and as a System Engineer at Computer Professionals International. Educational qualifications consist of two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Networking and Information Security, and in Computer and Digital Forensics from Champlain College.
