Frank Marshall

Frank Marshall is an experienced professional in facilities and project management, currently serving as Manager of Facilities, Projects, and Property at Saratoga Hospital since January 2016. In this role, Frank also holds the title of Property and MEP Project Manager. Prior to this position, Frank worked as a Property Manager at Cass Hill Development Companies from November 2006 to January 2016. Frank's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from SUNY Empire State College, earned between 2011 and 2015, and an AAS in Computer Information Systems from Hudson Valley Community College, obtained in 1998.
