Matt Cudemo

Matt Cudemo has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience in various managerial roles. Matt started their career as a Revenue Manager at Holiday Inn Turf, where they analyzed reports and adjusted rates. Matt then worked as a Guest Service Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton before becoming an Assistant General Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites, where they assisted in opening the property and managed daily operations. Matt later returned to Homewood Suites as an Assistant General Manager, overseeing the front desk and implementing special events. Following this, Matt took on the role of Assistant General Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton, where they managed the front desk and achieved an increase in guest satisfaction scores. Matt then transitioned to General Manager positions at Comfort Inn, CrestHill Suites, Residence Inn by Marriott, and Courtyard by Marriott. Matt's most recent role has been as the Director Of Hotel Operations at Saratoga Casino Hotel. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a dedication to guest satisfaction, and a proven ability to improve hotel operations.
