Rachel Blaschke

Rachel Blaschke has extensive experience in office management and customer service. Currently serving as an Office Manager at Saratoga Group since April 2022 and at Hidden Valley RV Park since April 2019, Rachel has developed strong organizational and leadership skills. Previously, Rachel worked at ibex in various roles, including Quality Assurance Specialist, where responsibilities included grading calls and facilitating national conference calls, Offline Agent, and Tech Support Representative. Rachel's early career included positions at Conduit Global as a Wireless Care Agent and at Simon Property Group as a Guest Service Representative, highlighting a consistent focus on customer engagement and support. Rachel is a graduate of Southwest High School, class of 2011.
