Heather Francis

Heather Francis currently serves as a Project Controller at Sarawak Energy Berhad, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Heather worked as a Project Scheduler at Ausource Construction Management PLT from May 2021 to July 2023 and as a Quantity Surveyor at Chern Shing Construction Sdn Bhd from September 2020 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as a Quantity Surveyor at Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak in 2017. Heather holds an MSc in Integrated Construction Project Management and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Construction Management, both from Universiti Teknologi MARA, as well as a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction from the same institution.
