Amar Abdul Hamed Bin Sepawi

Datuk Amar Abdul Hamed, is at the forefront of the Company, leading it in good corporate governance practices and the establishment of an effective Board. He holds a Master’s degree in Forest Products Utilisation from Oregon State University, United States, and has more than 32 years of experience in forestry and plantation management and the manufacturing of forest products. In the area of planting oil palms in Sarawak, he has more than 23 years of experience. Datuk Amar Abdul Hamed is also the Chairman of 2 other publicly listed companies, namely Ta Ann Holdings Berhad and Naim Holdings Berhad.
