Ihor Honcharuk

Ihor Honcharuk serves as the Chief Business Process Management and IT Officer at Lakanto since August 2023, focusing on strategy, goals, metrics, BPM, and IT. Previously, Ihor held the position of Chief Information Officer and General Manager Information Technology at Saraya from April 2019, overseeing IT operations for global operations and 25 overseas affiliates. With a background in IT consulting, Ihor has provided expertise in business process optimization, automation, and software development, and has managed significant IT strategies at SMO-Group and DHL, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Kamjanets-podilsky State University, a Master's degree in Public Administration from the National Academy of Public Administration of the President of Ukraine, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine.
